Let’s get off to a good start, you really don’t want to annoy me before we meet so try to follow these simple requests.

My PA is able to assist with basic bookings or queries when you call. Sometimes the phone will divert first so please allow the time for it to transfer to her, and don’t hang up. On rare occasions when the phone reports “Not In Service” it merely means that the phone reception is bad – so please try again.

For reasons of discretion and confidentiality we will never call you back under any circumstances.

I’ve moved to the W13/W5 postcode – about a five minute drive away from my last location in Hanwell W7.

Travel Details
20 mins from Heathrow airport

14 mins from central London (Elizabeth Line)

Car
Free parking on the street.

Rail
Elizabeth line, Central line, District line and British Rail lines are all one mile away. There are always Black Cabs outside the station; or the buses 297, E2, E7, E9, E10, and N7 can all bring you the one mile to my door.

International visitors

From Heathrow the Elizabeth Tube line will bring you to half a mile from The BDSM Laboratory in 17 mins.

I’m available for calls from 9am onwards: the early bird catches the worm – doesn’t she!

Booking

Bookings should ideally be made in advance and then confirmed the day before the appointment. The minimum booking is for a two hour session but you may find longer sessions are even more rewarding.

I only see one person a day so advanced booking is usually required.

I welcome ‘Same day’ appointments, although I can’t guarantee I’ll be able to accommodate you at short notice.

Tribute

50% deposit will be required on sessions. If you do not show up for your session you will loose your deposit. If you do need to cancel your session in order for your deposit to be refunded I need a minimum of 24 hours weekday notice (Monday to Friday) or 48 hours notice if cancelling over the weekend.
