As an experienced medical fetish practitioner, I’ve noticed a funny thing about the demand for my medical services. Some types of medical procedures are rarely requested – one of those being bladder washouts (colonics) – and yet ‘Lo and Behold’ along comes one request, and you find you are being asked for two in the space of one week. Even more of a coincidence was that both of the clients were new to me, and neither had ever experienced such a treatment before.
Because I had some time to prepare before the arrival of today’s client, I laid out all of the necessary equipment for his bladder wash, but then decided that I would start with the other medical service he had requested… a full colonic irrigation treatment. That also requires some intensive preparation; the filling of the water tank and the readying of equipment in my purpose-built colonic room. I am a fully-trained colonic hydrotherapist and so I designed that dedicated play-space to offer my clients their medical fetish services in the most authentic medical setting possible.
Once I judged him to be suitably attired, I led him through to the colonic room and laid him on his side on the medical bench.
I inserted a suitable-sized obturator and began his deep cleansing experience. Colonic irrigation can take a bit of time, but the results are always worth the effort. Water flows in a controlled stream from the tank mounted high in the colonic room and I took his colonic virginity by filling him repeatedly, and using my training for techniques that initiate peristaltic movements. Then it was fill, empty… and repeat with a variety of water temperatures to allow him to experience all that a colonic in skilled and trained hands such as mine can offer.
All too soon his body was draining in a satisfactory manner and it was time to move him into my main Laboratory for further experiments and tests.
I placed him in the ‘Boomer’ Chair, fitted a catheter deep down his shaft and let him drain his bladder contents into the medical bag. Then I refilled him with a sterile bladder wash to the optimum level so we knew that both his ‘back’ and his ‘front’ were as clean as clean could be. I inserted a nice electric butt plug, and then decided that other insertions were called for – this time insertions of needles in various sensitive parts of his anatomy. We soon had his rubber top and rubber bra removed and I selected a range of needle lengths and sizes to play with his now-exposed nipples.
What followed was a veritable pin-cushion of needles to the nipples and his balls. I knew it was challenging for him and so I told him that if he acquitted himself well and pleased me then he would earn himself a refreshing drink of house champagne before we arranged his bondage again for the final medical test of the day: the extraction of a full and draining sperm sample.
